About Bailee aka Bae

For me, celebrating life has always been about more than a beautiful gathering, it’s about creating meaningful moments, honoring traditions, and giving people memories they’ll carry with them for years to come.

I grew up in a family where celebrations mattered. My parents own a farm business, and some of my fondest memories are rooted in the traditions and gatherings that brought our family and community together. My mother, in particular, had a gift for making people feel celebrated. I watched her thoughtfully create elaborate birthday celebrations for her employees, and I remember being captivated by the joy those moments brought to everyone around her. She showed me that a celebration doesn’t have to be extravagant to be meaningful, it simply needs to be intentional.

That same love for bringing people together followed me into college at Cal Poly Pomona, where I had the opportunity to help operate the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch while studying full-time. From marketing and business planning to the many jobs and experiences I took on along the way, each chapter taught me something valuable about hospitality, creativity, organization, and, most importantly, people.

After college, I found my way into the world of country clubs, where I spent years creating and coordinating celebrations throughout Ventura County. From intimate bridal and baby showers to corporate events, holiday gatherings, golf tournaments, and weddings, I discovered how much I loved being the person behind the scenes, the one turning an idea into an experience and making sure every detail felt intentional.

That experience ultimately led me to create Bae Events LLC.

Today, my team and I bring together thoughtful planning, creative design, and genuine hospitality to create celebrations that feel personal to the people at the center of them. We believe the best events aren’t simply beautiful; they tell a story, reflect who you are, and leave you with moments you’ll want to remember forever.
